Local Pick Up
We offer local pick up from our store in Courtenay. Simply select local pick up when checking out as your shipping method & we will email you when your order is ready for pick up. 

Free Shipping Sales
*Free Shipping is for Canadian addresses only*

During our free shipping sales we reserve the right to ship orders how we see fit. We will either ship your order lettermail (no tracking) or with tracking. Small accessory only orders for stickers, decals, magnets & art prints, always ship via lettermail. If your order has a combination of clothing & accessories, we will ship with tracking. 
Basically, if your order can be sent lettermail we will do so (there are size & weight restrictions for lettermail), if not it will be shipped tracked 👍 

If you require your order to be shipped with tracking during a Free Shipping Sale, please add a note in your order when checking out or send us an email (hello@westcoastkarma.ca), we will then send you an invoice for 50% off our usual charge to pay for the upgraded tracked shipping.

Order discount codes can not be combined with our Free Shipping Sales, e.g 15% Off your first order. If you prefer to have your discount code applied to your order and pay for shipping please reach out to us and we can manually adjust your order to include our usual $9.99 shipping charge and then apply your discount code OR wait for the free shipping sale to finish and then checkout with your discount code.

Canada Post Strike
There will likely be shipping delays for orders shipped via Canada Post due to the rotating strikes. This is out of our control. We reccomend not using a PO Box as your shipping address but acknowledge many people do not have an alternative shipping address.

We understand the frustration this strike is causing Canadians again, especially for people all around the country who are waiting for time sensitive documents, critical medication, etc. We apologize for the inconvenience, your patience & understanding is appreciated.
