We offer local pick up from our store in Courtenay. Simply select local pick up when checking out as your shipping method & we will email you when your order is ready for pick up.Â
Canada Post Strike
Due to a Canada Post strike we will no longer be offering lettermail shipping.
There will be shipping delays for orders that were shipped and not delivered via Canada Post before the strike as they are stuck in Canada Post's network. This is out of our control. We will not be offering refunds, returns or exchanges for items stuck in their network.
The only alternative to get you something sooner is to place a new order online which will be shipped with tracking via an alternative carrier. If you choose this option, when Canada Post gets up & running again, you can return the original order back to us for a refund.
We understand the frustration this strike is causing Canadians again, especially for people all around the country who are waiting for time sensitive documents, critical medication, etc. We are hopeful as they just went through this process that a resolution will be made quicker than before.

During our free shipping sales we reserve the right to ship orders how we see fit. We will either ship your order lettermail (no tracking) or with tracking. Small accessory only orders for stickers, decals, magnets & art prints, always ship via lettermail. If your order has a combination of tees, hoodies, accessories, etc, we will ship with tracking.Â
Basically, if your order can be sent lettermail we will do so (there are size & weight restrictions for lettermail), if not it will be shipped tracked.Â
If you require your order to be shipped with tracking during a Free Shipping Sale, please add a note in your order when checking out & send us an email, we will then send you an invoice for 50% off our usual charge to pay for the upgraded tracked shipping.
