We offer local pick up from our store in Courtenay. Simply select local pick up when checking out & we will email you when your order is ready for pick up.

**Packages Impacted By Canada Post Strike**
There will be shipping delays for orders that were shipped and not delivered via Canada Post before the strike as they were stuck in Canada Posts network. This is out of our control.

During our free shipping sales we reserve the right to ship orders how we see fit. We will either ship your order lettermail (no tracking) or with tracking. Small accessory only orders like stickers, decals, magnets, etc, always ship via lettermail. If your order has a combination of tees, hoodies, accessories, etc, we will ship with tracking.
Basically, if your order can be sent lettermail we will do so (there are size & weight restrictions for lettermail), if not it will be shipped tracked. 

If you require your order to be shipped with tracking during a Free Shipping Sale, please add a note in your order when checking out & we will send you an invoice for 50% off our usual charge to pay for the upgraded shipping.
