We have removed the option to ship via Lettermail (no tracking). We will be shipping tracked packages via UPS, Purolator and or Canpar whenever possible (some addresses are not available via these carriers). Please do not check out with a PO Box shipping address as Canada Post are the only carrier who ships to PO Boxes.

Local Pick Up

We offer local pick up from our store in Courtenay. Simply select local pick up when checking out & we will email you when your order is ready for pick up.

**Packages Impacted By Canada Post Strike**
There will be shipping delays for orders that were shipped and not delivered via Canada Post before the strike as they are stuck in Canada Posts network. This is out of our control.

The only alternative to get you something before Christmas is to place a new order online which will be shipped with tracking via an alternative carrier. When Canada Post gets up & running again you can return the original order back to us for a refund.

No refunds will be issued without returning the product(s), this delay is out of our control and we apologize for the inconvenience, your patience & understanding is appreciated.
