Nothing physical is sent out when a pass is purchased, simply a receipt of purchase which acts as a permission to get any of the designs.

- Sale items are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned.
- Clothing must remain un-washed, un-worn with all tags attached to be exchanged.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. We will cover the cost to send you the replacement item.
- We cannot be held responsible for wrongfully entered shipping details resulting in lost or returned packages. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Once an order has been processed we cannot modify or change the order. This includes adding discounts to your order. Please contact us right away if any mistake was made before your order is processed.
- Shipping is non-refundable. All items are inspected before being shipped, however if you feel you have received a damaged item please contact us about the issue within 3 business days of receiving the item.
